Fiber is the first processed step after collecting Fibrous Pulp. Keeping a few pieces ready supports both swimming equipment and healing supplies without requiring a separate deep-resource trip.
Quick answer: Make 1 Fiber from 2 Fibrous Pulp at the Fabricator. Fiber is used directly in Basic Fins and first aid kits, or combined with Strong Acid to make Fiber Mesh.

Reserve your immediate craft
Basic Fins needs 2 Fiber; a Basic First Aid Kit needs 1 Fiber.
Step 4
Make Mesh when needed
Combine 2 Fiber with 1 Strong Acid for each Fiber Mesh.
