Before assuming servers are down
- Install available updates and have co-op players compare their game branch and version.
- Restart the launcher or console store if the install button has not appeared.
- Check whether the issue is platform-specific: Steam, Epic, Xbox, or Game Pass.
- For co-op, compare reports from friends on other platforms before changing settings.
