Route order
Follow the unlock order before spending materials on lower-priority extras.
Step 1
Choose one recipe
Use two Necrolei Cysts at the Fabricator, or one Sulfur and one Gold at the Processor. These are separate recipes, not one combined ingredient list.
Step 2
Collect the cysts
Follow the Old Habitat route and harvest turquoise Necrolei Cysts from Stilt Orbs with the Survival Multitool. Bring two for each acid craft.
Step 3
Reserve the mineral alternative
One Strong Acid and one Advanced Wiring Kit require two Sulfur and two Gold between them, plus the Wiring Kit ingredient.
Step 4
Craft for the next equipment goal
Reserve one Strong Acid for each Power Cell or advanced battery you intend to make.

Does Strong Acid require the Processor?
Only the Sulfur-and-Gold alternative does. The two-Necrolei-Cyst recipe uses the Fabricator.
Can I use Mild Acid instead?
No. They are separate ingredients. A Power Cell or advanced battery recipe asking for Strong Acid needs Strong Acid.
